My name is Viljar Irtun Moe, (1997). I am a dancer & choreographer based in Stavanger, Norway.

I work as a contemporary dancer and choreographer in a variety of performance projects and disciplines. My practice focuses on contemporary dance, with a special focus on floor work and partnering. I like to combine strong physicality with a focus on presence and personal expression. I have a particularly interest in the contortion of expressive body language, raw sincerity and queer perspective. I am passionate about creating art that is accessible to a broad audience and is this has led to an interest in presenting dance in alternative spaces.

I started training in Bergen Norway, I hold a Certificate of Higher Education in dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance (2017) , and a Bachelor's degree in dance from the University of Stavanger Faculty of Performing Arts (2020), with an international semester at Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen (2019).
